For more than two decades, I've served early childhood education as an educator, school leader, entrepreneur, and visionary committed to transforming the way we lead.

Throughout that journey, I discovered something that changed everything. The greatest challenge facing our industry isn't staffing. It isn't enrollment. It isn't curriculum. It's culture. Every challenge eventually traces back to the environment leaders intentionally — or unintentionally — create.

That's why I founded Childcare Culture & Co. Today, I help early childhood leaders build intentional schools through my signature 90-Day Culture Transformation Experience, where together we establish the vision, values, beliefs, leadership standards, team culture, and school structure that become the foundation for sustainable success.

Because I believe every school is built twice. First through its culture. Then through its classrooms.
