She is the Owner and Director of Kidd's R Us Family Childcare, a nationally accredited and Gold Seal-approved program in Florida. Annette currently serves as Chair of the NAFCC Accreditation Council, National Master Observer Trainer, and National Observer for the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC).
